When should we build custom?
When the job does not fit an off-the-shelf tool, when the process is specific to your business, or when the system needs to work across several internal tools.
How long does it take?
A scoped first system goes live in 14 days. Larger systems are broken into 14-day increments with working software at each step.
Can you integrate with our systems?
Yes, if they have an API or a browser interface. We document every integration and use least-privilege access.
Who owns the system?
You do. Code, infrastructure, accounts, prompts and documentation are built in your accounts and handed over at launch.
How do you test it?
We agree acceptance criteria during scoping and test against real cases before launch. Payment is tied to those criteria.
What does it cost?
Custom builds are scoped and quoted before work begins. Ongoing monitoring and escalation start at $499 per month.
